Have the last few months been intense or what? Some days things are so good and other days I’m just wondering “wth happened to the life we knew?” 

In the mix of all the craziness, I’m finding that you have to hold on to the little things that really make you happy… it goes a long way right now. 

I’m so happy we are able to start lashing again in phase 3 because not only is the studio my happy place, I see the way you light up when you look at yourself in the mirror at the end of your appointment ️ <3

With re-opening, comes increased precautions. What does that mean for us: 

  • We will no longer be lashing from home so we can both feel safer in an outside neutral space

  • We will continue to offer a limited amount of appointments in a day

  • We will continue to leave 30mins btwn appointments to sanitize and disinfect the space 

  • We have increased the frequency of sanitizing surfaces, tools and equipment with hospital grade disinfectant 

  • All soft furniture has been removed and the retail display put away for easy cleaning. If you’d like to purchase a sheet masks, lash growth serum or a lash cleanser, please let us know and we’ll have it ready for you 

  • The big comfy blanket will not be available so feel free to bring one of your own for extra warmth and comfort during your appointment (I kept all the memory foam for your comfort and covered it with marine vinyl for easy sanitizing!) The heated mattress pad can be turned on by request and it’s great for comforting sore muscles

  •  Prior to your arrival, please complete the covid19 pre-screening form (found in your 48 hour appointment confirmation email)

  • Masks must be worn inside the building and during your service. If you have difficulty wearing a face mask, please contact me prior to booking to discuss options 

  • Please sanitize your hands once you arrive and shoe covers will be provided if you’d like to keep them on :)  

  • As much as I’d love to hug you and I may throw my arms up in temptation for a brief second, I’ll opt for air hugs for now

  • We need to keep talking during your lash application to a minimum. Use this time to listen to some music, your favourite podcast or catch up on some much needed zZzz. You’re welcome to bring your own headphones too! 

We ask that you reschedule your appointment if you have been traveling in the past two weeks or feel you may have been exposed or may be vulnerable (we want you to be safe too!).

 If you are coughing, have a sore throat, are feverish, sniffy or sneezey - please be kind and reschedule.

 If you arrive with any of the above symptoms, you will be handed a mask to travel home and will not be serviced again as a client.

Lashes are important but not at the risk of spreading sickness as we do have family members and other clients that we come into contact with that have compromised immune systems

We’ve opened up the option of booking a 1.5 hour fill instead of a full set if you’d really like to come back but are finding it difficult to navigate right now. We can do what we can in the time that we have and then load it up some more two weeks later when you come in for your next fill ️
